Most filings complete in under 10 minutes. Once you've uploaded your data and paid, submissions typically reach HMRC and Companies House within a few minutes.
I got an error from HMRC — what do I do?
Email [email protected] with your filing reference and we'll look into it. Common issues are mismatched UTR numbers or incorrect accounting period dates.
My company has a complex structure — can you help?
Our service is optimised for micro-entities and straightforward small companies. If your accounts involve group consolidations, complex instruments, or bespoke tax adjustments, email us and we'll advise on whether we can support you.
Can I get a refund?
If a submission fails due to an error on our side, we'll re-submit at no charge or issue a full refund. Fees for successfully submitted filings are non-refundable. See our Terms of Service for details.
