Our story
Company Filing Service is built by Redstone Technology Ltd, a UK software company. We built this tool after experiencing first-hand how frustrating and expensive it is to file straightforward company accounts — the kind that micro-entity directors deal with every year.
For a small limited company with simple finances, the process of preparing iXBRL-tagged accounts, a CT600 return, and submitting both to HMRC and Companies House should not cost hundreds of pounds or require specialist knowledge. We set out to fix that.
What we do
Company Filing Service automates the preparation and electronic submission of annual accounts and corporation tax returns for UK micro-entities and small companies. We connect directly to HMRC and Companies House, so there's no paperwork, no separate portals, and no third-party intermediaries.
We support imports from major accounting packages — Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent — or you can upload a CSV. We handle the iXBRL tagging required by HMRC, generate the CT600, and submit everything in one go.
